In this 60-minute live group session, you’ll learn what boundaries really are, why they feel so difficult in toxic dynamics, and how to set them without over-explaining, people-pleasing, or getting pulled into emotional chaos.

This course is practical, supportive, and focused on real-life situations — not theory.

You’ll Learn How To:

  • Understand why toxic people resist boundaries

  • Set limits clearly and calmly

  • Stop guilt-driven over-explaining

  • Follow through with confidence when boundaries are crossed

  • Protect your energy without needing permission

This course is for women who are done surviving and ready to honor themselves.

Your boundaries are not selfish — they’re necessary.
