You’ll learn to stop over-explaining, document behaviors, rebuild self-trust, create a safety or exit plan, and reconnect with your identity. Session 1-2: We will be learning to recognize narcissistic patterns, separate their behavior from your worth, and set strong emotional and physical boundaries. This session helps you stop over-explaining, protect your mental space, and begin building a real support system so you no longer navigate the chaos alone. Make sure you have your Surviving Life with a Narcissist Guide Sheet. Which you will be receiving PDF through your emails 2/3 days before class. You will also need a notebook and pencil. Remember this is a two separate day session/class. Day 1: We will focus on 1 through 6 guides. Day 2: We will focus on 7 through 12 guide. Sessions will run between 45 minutes to 1 hour each.

Session 3-4: Guides you deeper into your healing by documenting patterns, releasing the need to change them, rebuilding self-trust, and creating a personalized safety or exit plan. You’ll reclaim your identity and learn when to seek professional support as you move toward emotional freedom. Make sure you have your Surviving Life with a Narcissist Work Sheet. Which you will be receiving PDF through your emails 2/3 days before class. You will also need a notebook and pencil. Remember this is a two separate day session/class. Day 1: We will focus on 1 through 6 worksheet questions. Day 2: We will focus on 7 through 12 worksheet questions. Sessions will run between 45 minutes to 1 hour each.

Arrival Time

  • Please join the Zoom session 5–10 minutes early.

  • Once you enter the meeting, please wait patiently for the host to start the class.

  • Late entry may cause you to miss important information.

  • If you miss the scheduled class, you will not receive a refund or credit.

    What is shared in the group stays in the group.

  4. Speak from Your Own Experience
    Use “I” statements and avoid giving unsolicited advice.

  5. Be Kind & Supportive
    We lead with empathy, understanding, and kindness at all times.

  6. Listen to Understand, Not Respond
    Every woman deserves to feel heard and validated.

  7. No Shaming or Blaming
    This space is for healing, not criticism.

  8. Participation Is Optional
    Share only what you’re comfortable with. Silence is also welcome.

  9. Keep It Safe & Comfortable
    Use respectful language and honor the group’s emotional boundaries.

  10. Come as You Are
    This is a soft space — no perfection needed.
